Role Overview

As a CSM, you’ll guide clients through onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success. You’ll lead Zoom trainings, oversee go-lives, and serve as the main point of contact for your clients. You'll be expected to be you clients' internal advocate and stay informed about everything affecting your clients — from the initial rollout trainings, to support tickets and product updates. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, relationship-driven, and maintains a polished, professional demeanor, while being tech-savvy and grasps new concepts easily.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships post-sale: onboarding, training, retention
  • Host Zoom webinars tailored to various user roles
  • Run ongoing client check-ins and internal reviews
  • Monitor all client activity across support, product, and other touchpoints to stay informed and proactive
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs and drive product adoption
  • Creatively re-engage low-engagement accounts

Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS Customer Success required
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Personable, relationship-driven, with a professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and webinar delivery skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner
  • Creative problem solver with a client-first mindset
