We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, design-savvy marketing generalist to join our team and support our full-funnel marketing efforts.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing (that’s me!) to execute and optimize a wide variety of marketing initiatives across conferences, content, email, web, and social. If you’re equal parts creative and detail-oriented — and you’re comfortable in Adobe, HubSpot, and Webflow — this role will give you a front-row seat to modern B2B SaaS marketing and the opportunity to grow quickly.

What You’ll Do

Graphic & Content Production

  • Design marketing assets including sales decks, social graphics, landing pages, trade show materials, brochures, and email graphics.
  • Assist with video creation for webinars, product walkthroughs, social content, and customer testimonials.
  • Help draft and format blog posts, whitepapers, and product content with SEO best practices.

Email & CRM Support

  • Build and manage marketing emails, nurture sequences, and contact lists in HubSpot.
  • Support list segmentation and automation workflows

Website & SEO

  • Help update and build pages in Webflow (CMS experience a plus).
  • Research and implement on-page SEO improvements, write optimized content, and track results via SEMrush and GA.

Conference & Webinar Coordination

  • Support booth booking, asset shipping, and speaking proposal submissions.
  • Manage webinar promotion via email and LinkedIn, design slides, and support execution.
  • Attend and represent Megadata at industry events as needed (expect traveling once per month).

Marketing Ops & Special Projects

  • Assist with campaign launches, internal documentation, and marketing calendars.
  • Support new marketing initiatives like customer video testimonials and special content reports.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or content production role (SaaS or healthcare industry experience a plus).
  • Graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Premiere Pro a strong plus).
  • Experience building emails and managing lists in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website CMS tools (Webflow preferred).
  • Strong writing and editing ability, with a track record for adding personality and voice to written content.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with long-term care or behavioral health industry
  • Video editing and podcast production skills
  • Experience with Google Ads or paid social platforms
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools like SEMrush, GA4, or Looker Studio
