We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a versatile, creative Marketing Specialist who’s ready to dive in and grow fast.
About the Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll support and execute a range of campaigns across email, events, social, and content. You’ll help us create eye-catching assets, manage outreach, keep our website fresh, and ensure every marketing touchpoint feels sharp and consistent. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing and get exposure to the full B2B SaaS marketing stack.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong creative eye, some experience managing digital campaigns, and a hunger to learn and contribute across many channels.
What You’ll Do:
Design & Content Creation
- Assist with the design of marketing assets like social graphics, sales decks, landing pages, and trade show materials.
- Support video and webinar editing projects (video editing skills a plus).
- Help draft and format blog posts, product guides, and case studies.
Email & CRM
- Build and send marketing emails in HubSpot (or a similar platform).
- Support list segmentation, email automation, and contact organization.
Website & SEO
- Help update and maintain the website (Webflow or CMS experience a plus).
- Assist with basic SEO efforts like keyword research and on-page updates.
Events & Webinars
- Support logistics for trade shows and conferences: booking, booth materials, and follow-up.
- Travel to conferences (once per month) and showcase Megadata to customers and prospects.
- Assist in planning and promoting webinars, including designing slides and managing invites.
What You Bring:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing or content-focused role (internships or freelance work count!).
- Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Some experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Clear writing skills and the ability to contribute to content development.
- Curiosity, initiative, and excitement to wear multiple hats in a growing company.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the healthcare or B2B SaaS space
- Video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Website editing experience (especially with Webflow)
- Experience attending or supporting marketing events
